An internet connected computer, with a suitable web browser is required.

The majority of Windows PC, Mac and Linux computers purchased in the last 6 years are compatible with our online training system.

Speakers are highly recommended, though not strictly required.

Broadband ADSL 512K is the minimum recommended speed.

Whichever browser you choose, it must have Javascript enabled and the Adobe Flash 9 plugin installed.

Don't worry, your computer/browser probably already meets all of these requirements. But if not, our support team can talk you through installing any missing components. (all are free)

Please note: If you have done your RSA training with another organisation and have lost your certificate, we are sorry but we cannot simply issue you with a replacement one, you need to go back to them. If you do not know who "they" are, you are welcome to retake your RSA with us. But contact us first, as we may have a special offer available for someone in your circumstance.

Yes, our nationally recognised RSA certificate is accepted by all Australian airlines.

We recommend you choose our Queensland certification though, as it presently comes with a bonus second RSA certificate that covers you for work in licensed venues in most other States and Territories of Australia.
